Canada's postsecondary system risks irrelevance unless critical reforms prioritize real-world integration and private sector R&D investment, according to a report by RBC. Five requirements are crucial to reforming the sector: a new financial arrangement, responsive mandates, modernized programs and services, updated governance structures, and mission-driven research that advances national priorities.
